The Firm Esterino Cafasso was founded in the 1980s by the labour consultant Esterino Cafasso. After thirty years of experience in the Public Administration, and more precisely at INAIL (National Institute for Accidents at Work), Mr Cafasso decided to share his ample experience as well as his passion for the profession with the corporate world, offering high-quality services and expertise in labour consultancy as a whole.
Thanks to his experience, enthusiasm and shared commitment, Dr. Esterino Cafasso, together with his daughter, Dr. Maria Cafasso, created an organisation to deliver high-quality consultancy and assistance services, together with a highly qualified and professional team.
To date, the Firm is managed by Dr. Maria Cafasso, who based on the experience acquired – always aligned with the guidelines and spirit of her father, Dr. Esterino Cafasso – offers consultancy services in labour law and social legislation for all types of companies, staff relationships management, from hiring to termination, including trade union settlements and conciliation commission proceedings.
